Welcome
Bale / Valle is situated about 14 km south of Rovinj / Rovigno and 28 km north of Pula / Pola. The locality has about 1,150 inhabitants (nearly 23 % of which are Italian speakers). Even the Istriot language is still said to be spoken there (to a lesser extent).

Arrival by Public Transport
Going to Bale / Valle without a car, motorcycle, or bike will be difficult. A starting point for a short spin can be any of the well-known Istrian cities because in Istria distances are not long.
